Who We Are
Your Learning Voice CIC is a community interest company based in London, dedicated to empowering adults aged 19+ through accessible, high-quality education and free impartial advice.
Our Mission
We exist to break down the barriers that prevent adults — particularly migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees — from accessing the education and support they need to thrive.
Through flexible, accredited courses and free impartial guidance, we help people build the skills, confidence, and qualifications to move forward — in work, in study, and in life.
We are a Community Interest Company, which means every decision we make is guided by the needs of our learners and the communities we serve — not by profit.
Where we believe, you can achieve.
This isn't just our motto — it's the promise we make to every learner who walks through our door.
What Guides Us
We treat every learner with dignity, empathy, and genuine care — recognising the courage it takes to begin again.
Our doors are open to everyone, regardless of background, language, or prior experience. Diversity is our strength.
We believe education unlocks potential. We equip learners with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to shape their own futures.
We are rooted in the communities we serve — building connections, trust, and a sense of belonging alongside qualifications.
We are honest, transparent, and accountable in everything we do — from our teaching to our advice and advocacy.
We hold ourselves to high standards, continuously improving our provision so every learner receives the best possible support.
