Free & Confidential
Our Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) service is free, impartial, and completely confidential. Whether you're planning your next step or facing a difficult situation, we're here to help.
What Is IAG?
Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) is a professional service that helps you make informed decisions about your education, career, and life. Unlike generic information, our IAG is tailored to your individual circumstances.
Our advisers are trained and accredited professionals. They will listen without judgement, provide honest and balanced information, and help you explore your options — at your own pace.
Sessions are available online via Microsoft Teams or face-to-face in London. We can also accommodate different languages where possible.
We have no vested interest in the choices you make. Our advice is always in your best interest.
What you share with us stays with us. We only share information with your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Our service is free of charge and designed to be welcoming to everyone, regardless of background or experience.
We focus on you — your goals, your circumstances, and your strengths — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Areas We Cover
Guidance on choosing the right course, understanding qualification levels, and planning your learning journey.
Support with job searching, CV writing, understanding your rights at work, and career planning.
Information on Life in the UK, English language requirements, and navigating the immigration system.

Advocacy Services
Advocacy is about ensuring your voice is heard. Whether you're navigating a complex system, attending an important meeting, or simply need someone in your corner — our advocacy service is here.
We provide generic advocacy support to help you access the services and rights you're entitled to, in a way that respects your dignity and autonomy.
We speak on your behalf or support you to speak for yourself — helping you access services, understand your rights, and navigate complex systems.
We build your confidence and skills to advocate for yourself — in meetings, appointments, and everyday situations.
We connect you with the right specialist organisations and services, ensuring you get the support you need.
