What courses do you offer?

We offer a wide range of courses including ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages), Functional Skills (English, Maths & ICT), IELTS Preparation, Life in the UK Test Preparation, Childcare, Teaching Assistant, Health & Social Care, Teacher Training, and Employability Skills.

How do I enrol on a course?

You can enrol by completing our online enrolment form at /enrolment. The form takes around 5–10 minutes and covers your course choice, personal details, and learning preferences. Once submitted, our team will be in touch within 1–2 working days to confirm your place.

Are the courses free?

Many of our courses are fully funded for eligible learners — including those who are unemployed, on certain benefits, or earning below a certain threshold. Funding eligibility is assessed at enrolment. Contact us or book a free IAG session to find out what you may be entitled to.

What level will I be placed at?

Before starting your course, you will complete a short initial assessment so we can place you at the right level. This is nothing to worry about — it simply helps us make sure you get the most from your learning.

Can I study online?

Yes. All our courses are available online via Microsoft Teams, in-person in London, or a blend of both. You can choose whichever option suits your lifestyle and commitments.

What qualifications will I receive?

Depending on the course and level, you may receive nationally recognised qualifications such as Functional Skills certificates, ESOL qualifications, or vocational awards from awarding bodies including City & Guilds, Pearson, and NCFE.

What is IAG?

IAG stands for Information, Advice & Guidance. It is a free, impartial, and confidential service that helps you make informed decisions about your education, career, and life. Our trained advisers will listen to your situation and help you explore your options.

Is the IAG service really free?

Yes, completely. Our IAG service is free of charge to all learners and members of the community. There is no obligation to enrol on a course after a session.

What can I get advice on?

We can advise on education and training choices, employment and careers, immigration and settlement, housing and benefits, health and wellbeing, and family and community support. If we cannot help directly, we will refer you to the right organisation.

How do I book an IAG session?

You can book a free IAG session via our contact page or by emailing us at info@yourlearningvoice.co.uk. Sessions are available online via Microsoft Teams or in-person in London.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Everything you share with us is treated in strict confidence. We will only share your information with your explicit consent, except in circumstances where we are legally required to do so (for example, safeguarding concerns).

We are based in London, United Kingdom. We also deliver all courses and IAG sessions online via Microsoft Teams, so you can access our services from anywhere.

What are your opening hours?

We are available Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 9:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Can you support learners who speak little or no English?

Yes. Our ESOL courses are specifically designed for speakers of other languages at all levels, including complete beginners. Our team also speaks a range of community languages and we can arrange interpretation support where possible.
